1. Hazelnut benefits for female Skin in the Natural Way

Don’t we all want healthy, glowing skin? Yes, every woman dreams of soft and beautiful skin. But do we know what truly helps our skin from the inside? There are many things that affect our skin—stress, food, and even the weather. So, is there any food to add to our diet to improve our skin health naturally?

Here’s one simple answer—hazelnuts!. Hazelnut benefits for female are amazing.

Hazelnuts are full of antioxidants and vitamin E. They fight signs of aging. Just 30 g of hazelnuts a day gives us 80% of our daily needs of vitamin E. They improve skin elasticity.

They reduce dryness of the skin. They contain omega-9 fats, from which our skin gets deep nourishment.
If we eat a few hazelnuts every day, our skin can look soft, fresh, and glowing over time.

2. Hazelnut benefits for female Hormones

Don’t we all face hormone issues at some point in life? From puberty to menopause, our hormones play a big role in how we feel.
When our hormone levels are balanced, everything works smoothly — no mood swings, no stress. So, what can help us stay balanced in a natural way?

Let’s look at hazelnuts. They are rich in vitamin E – about 15 mg per 100g – which helps support our hormone health. They also give us magnesium (163 mg per 100g) that may ease PMS symptoms.

The healthy fats in hazelnuts support estrogen balance, which is so important for us. If we eat just 15 to 20 hazelnuts a day, it can help with mood, energy, and overall wellness.

3. Hazelnut benefits for female Fertility

Hazelnuts Supports Natural Fertility and Women’s Wellness

Are we planning for pregnancy? Then we should know how important folate and folic acid are for a healthy start. Doctors always suggest taking folic acid at least 3 months before pregnancy to help prevent birth defects. But did you know that? We can also get natural folate from the foods we eat.
Hazelnut benefits for female fertility is very good option.
Hazelnuts have approximately 113 mg of folate per 100 g. It improves our reproductive health. Folate helps with ovulation. That means helping our body get ready for pregnancy.

Hazelnuts also have zinc, which may improve egg quality and support our hormones. Plus, the antioxidants in them protect our reproductive cells. Eating just a small handful every day can naturally support our fertility journey.

4. Hazelnut benefits for female Strong Bones

As females, as we get older, have you noticed how our bones start to feel weaker? Yes, it’s true—our bone strength goes down with age. The fractures can happen more easily, especially for older adults. So, how do we strengthen our bones? We have to eat more calcium- and magnesium-rich foods. In that way our bones will stay strong and active.

One great choice is hazelnuts.
Hazelnuts have around 114 mg of calcium and 163 mg of magnesium per 100 g. Both are super important for our strong bones. Magnesium also helps our body absorb calcium better. It reduces the risk of bone loss.

Plus, hazelnuts have phosphorus and vitamin K. It also supports bone density. For women over 40, these nutrients are especially helpful to avoid fractures. If we make hazelnuts a regular part of our diet, they can help keep our bones healthy. They protect us from osteoporosis.

5. Helps Control Weight and Keeps You Feeling Full

Weight management is most of the women’s problem. After delivery, 95 percent of the women put on weight. Reducing weight becomes a tough problem for every woman.

Hazelnut benefits for female include giving energy and control appetite. They have 9 g of fiber per 100 g. So, when eating hazelnuts, we feel stomach fullness. The healthy fats in them reduce sugar cravings and overeating.
The protein content of around 15 g/100 g increases muscle mass.

Eating 10 to 15 hazelnuts daily as a snack definitely supports weight goals.

How to make Green Kodo Millet Khichdi?

Step 1: Wash and Soak Millets and Da

Take 1 glass millet and 1 small cup dal. Put them in a bowl. Now, wash them well with water – 2 or 3 times. After that, pour clean water and soak it for 30 minutes. This makes them soft and easy to cook.

Step 2: Start Cooking in a Pan

Take a cooking pan or pot. Add 1 spoon sesame oil. Let it heat a little. Now add the dal first. Stir it. Add a tiny bit of turmeric. It gives yellow colour and is good for our body. Then add chopped onions, green chillies, and the garlic-ginger paste. Mix it well. Let the smell come – it smells so yummy!

Step 3: Add Green Leaves

Now add the spinach leaves and coriander leaves. Mix them gently. They will become soft in 2–3 minutes. These greens are super healthy!

Step 4: Add Soaked Millet and Dal

Now, we can take the soaked millet and dal, and put them in the pan. Mix everything well with the veggies. Add 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of millet. This much water helps it cook nicely.

Step 5: Add Flavour

Now we can add dhaniya powder. it gives us a nice taste. Add a little salt – not too much. Stir everything slowly and gently.

Step 6: Cook It Well
